 Uses

Pasand Cure-White is used to prevent premature water-loss from the concrete and increase sunlight reflectance. It can be used in a wide range of application:

 Description

Pasand Cure-White is a premium quality water based wax emulsion. It is supplied as a white emulsion which forms a white film on drying. When first applied to a fresh cementitious surface the emulsion breaks to form a continuous, non-penetrating white coating.

Coverage figures quoted for Pasand Cure-White are indicative and based upon application to fresh or damp concrete at the appropriate time. Care should be taken to ensure that the concrete is indeed ready to accept the curing membrane.

Technical Specifications

Application

Pasand Cure-White should be gently stirred immediately prior to use to ensure uniformity of the material as applied.

 Application to freshly placed concrete should not begin until the surface is free from water, and should not commence at all if bleed water is apparent. Pasand Cure-White should be applied as soon as practically possible after removal of shuttering, and whilst the concrete surface is still damp. However, any traces of laitance, grout runs or loose material should be removed.

Packing & Shelf Life

Pasand Cure-White is packaged in 200 litre HDPE drums and has shelf life of 12months.

 Storage & Handling

The product is non-flammable. Gloves should be worn when handling the material. Splashes on skin should be removed with soap and water.

Application

• The dosage of Pasand^TM AIR-E could vary based on cement type, temperature, sand aggregation ratio, sand grading, slump, use of extra fine materials such as fly ash and micro silica. For trial mix, use 200ml Pasand^TM AIR-E in 100kg of cement and adjust based on entrained air required under actual job conditions.

Pasand^TMWaterproofing Chemical T25+ is a premium quality integral liquid waterproofing compound for Plaster and Concrete. It is a balanced mix of surface active plasticizing agents and additives. It is used in water proofing of basements, roof slabs, external plastering, balconies, and bathrooms.

Application

The recommended dose of Pasand^TM Waterproofing Chemical T25 is mixed into the gauging water required to prepare concrete or mortar. The concrete or mortar should be mixed 2 to 3 minutes to thoroughly dispense the liquid. Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices.
