Pasand^TMSoft Soap Yellow - SSP200 is a yellow pasty Soft Soap, used in a variety of industries including ceramics - for mold release and industrial, house-hold and textile products as the cleaning material.

Pasand^TMWire Drawing Soap WSD100 is the high-performance soap that assists in the good surface finish and long die life. It is effective in high speed and deep drawing application of metals and provides optimum film strength, lubricity, and good metal wetting characteristics.

There are a number of factors which have a considerable effect on the drawing process including a composition of the metal to be drawn, Percentage reduction, Machine design and constraints, drafting practices, drawing speed, die design, the Surface condition of road and carriers.

Oxides need to be removed prior to wire drawing process to ensure optimal results.

When wire rod is produced, oxides are formed on the surface of the wire. Fe₃O₄ is a blue oxide that forms on the wire as it cools following the rolling process and Fe₂O₃ is the red surface oxide or rust that forms during shipping and storage.

Pasand^TMSodium Rosinate SRT100 is a highly viscous aqueous solution of Sodium soap of tall oil rosin. It provides superior emulsion over a wide range of water hardness when used in combination with petroleum sulfonates insoluble oil formulations.
